I expected a clean, stylish space, but was shocked to find frozen blood in the fridge! The staff are good at making excuses but not good at providing service. I also thought I woudl ve been upgraded for my troubles, but they obviously don’t care about customer satisfaction. I almost gave a good review, but I couldn’t.

nice stay but not perfect
